Rum Balls


600grams Digestive Biscuits
200grams Chopped Almonds
100grams Chopped Walnuts
2 Tins Condensed Milk
2 Drops Vanilla Essence
2 Tabs. Dark Rum
Chocolate Sprinkles

Mix all the ingredients together; the mixture should be very soft. Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes to slightly harden. Shape into small balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
